Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery with a $5.00 fee.
Email sheriethebrand@gmail.com with subject "exchange or return" with your order number and motive for return and you'll receive a response within 24 hours.
Products received 14 days after delivery, untagged, or incomplete will not be accepted. Please see below as to what is accepted /unaccepted:
Lingerie sets and bodysuits are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit. Sheriethebrand.com reserves the right to not accept refunds/returns on the below items due to sanitary reasons :
- Lingerie sets (bras & panties)
- Corsets
- Bodysuits
Our refundable items (unused with tags) are:
- Dresses
- Pants Sets
- Kimonos
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- Missing tags on products
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
